So we showed our final project in lab today. It was pretty... ghetto. I hope it gets a "A", like the rest of our ghetto projects. Because ghetto doesn't always mean bad, sometimes it means rad. One last paper and then I can officially cleanse my life of this class. Hurrah, I say, hurrah. I'm so glad I got to hang out with cool chicks like Mary and Erin during this class, unfortunately, I did not receive any phone numbers. :( I need to step up my game. But anyways, I'm off topic now, so I will conclude with.... I can't wait for Journalism 151.

So we work really hard to complete our first video project on time, and we get to class and find out that we're supposed to just "hold on to it" for two more weeks? Why not just grant us an extension? I much rather would've done a good job over a weekend then cramming it in on the last possible day. Oh well, on to the next project...

I am very happy with our interview grade. After such harsh criticism, it was a relief to see a good grade. I suppose the criticism of our assignment will all be for the best, then. Our philly story is finished, and WAS finished before the extension, and i don't intend on changing anything about it now.
I was somewhat less than pleased with the critique of our interview. Yeah, we focused a lot on style and dramatics, but we had lots of excellent content that I believe was completely overlooked. Our interview contained everything that the syllabus required of it, so I don't think that "failure" was the best word to describe it. I think I felt a little dip in my self-esteem.

The student center has a new addition, which includes a movie theater and a game room.
